I'm Laine, the founder of More Than HR. For more than 15 years, I've worked alongside leaders and employees through the easy stuff, the messy stuff, and the “Okay… what do we do now?” stuff.
I believe good HR should protect the organization and treat people like people. It should give managers confidence, employees clarity, and leaders someone they can call before a small problem becomes a very expensive one.
